Data we process
Registration stores a username, email address and secure password hash. A verified Tibia character name may be stored optionally. We also store decoration projects, gallery publications and ratings.
Purpose and storage
Data is used only to operate accounts, save projects, provide the gallery, secure and administer the service. The login token is stored in the browser. We do not sell personal data.
Traffic analytics
The service uses its own anonymous analytics system. We record daily pageviews and an approximate number of unique visitors using a random identifier stored locally in the browser. IP addresses are not stored, and the identifier is not linked to a username or email address.
Analytics are used for security, service improvement and preparing the aggregated monthly reports required by the fansite programme. Statistical data is retained in aggregated form only as long as needed for these purposes; administrators may remove older data.
Deletion and contact
Users may request correction or deletion through the Contact page. Data may be retained where required for security or legal compliance.
